OUR PRODUCTS

with its ingredients.

Explore a broader range for ingredient businesses, roasters, fresh-produce distributors and foodservice buyers.

A SENSE OF PLACE

From forest.
From farm.
From people.

Our sourcing connects smallholder farmers in Uganda's Ruwenzori region with farmers in Eastern DR Congo, with a focus on women and young people.

01 / UGANDA

The Ruwenzori region

The forest is the starting point for our wild black pepper: a seasonal harvest from plants growing without cultivation or human intervention before collection. The wider region also forms part of our smallholder sourcing base.

02 / DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

Eastern DR Congo

Farmers in Eastern DR Congo are part of the sourcing story behind our herb and spice range. We aim to build lasting commercial opportunities that recognise the work of women and young producers.

03 / ETHIOPIA

A wider coffee origin

Our coffee range includes sustainably sourced beans from Ethiopia alongside Uganda. Coffee origin, grade, processing and availability are confirmed for each offer.

Country of origin is specified by product and lot. The regional story does not replace batch-level origin information.

OUR APPROACH

A better connection
between origin and buyer.

We want sustainable sourcing to mean practical choices: respect for seasonal harvests, clear product information and meaningful opportunities for smallholder communities.

01

Respect the source

Build supply around the realities of seasonal wild harvesting and farm production, with responsible collection at the centre of the approach.

02

Include the growers

Focus on commercial participation by women and young people in the smallholder communities we source from.

03

Agree the detail

Start with the buyer's specification. Confirm product identity, origin, quality requirements and commercial terms before any supply agreement.
